Pathetic service

I'm paying for my Telkom line but it is constantly down. The cables were ****** 2 weeks ago and a week later it was ****** again. The issue is that we tried getting hold of Telkom since last week Thursday and we cant get hold of them at all. Paying for something I cant use....
