PATHETIC SERVICE

I am so sick and tired of Telkom (Hellkom). Been a week now without ANY wifi service (LTE network has no coverage. Faults logged,emails sent and went to their branche in Kimberley and Bloemfontein. Not one single person can help. It is absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!! Wonder if Hello Peter can do something about this??
