Pathetic service

This service is disgusting. The pathetic service I have received from telkom call center leaves me in shock. I've been trying to cancel the LTE line for 7 months now with no success. These call center agents know nothing about product. I've been into the telkom store as well and they are no help. I'm sick and tired if calling but being sent from pillar to post.
