If I was allowed no stars that would be my choice Trying to cancel my subscription services on my landlines Called thrice today 1 occasion got transferred to the incorrect depth Second time I was told systems are down and after insisting the agent provided me with an incorrect address Third time after requesting to speak to a manager, my call was disconnected Pathetic service
