Pathetic Service

Dealing with Telkom is a horrific experience. They have *********** people working for them. I wasted 45 mins of my airtime trying to get help. I had an issue with my Wifi on Saturday they sent out a Technician he said the Power Supply plug was not functional. We got a new one still could not get it to work. The next morning my husband played around with the device got it working. Today same problem. Trying to get help from a Call Centre Agent who was totally useless. Don’t ever use Telkom.
