Pathetic service 😡😡😡

Good day,firstly I want to know can a credit provider deduct money,from your bank account without your consent. I've been trying to get hold of them,send emails no reply. Boom yesterday debit order I didn't make arrangements with anyone,don't even know when last I spoke to any of their consultants.
