Pathetic service

I am living in Lenasia and my WIFI has been giving me problems for two weeks. I have a sick brother in law in hospital and need to ensure that my phone is working at all times and besides my husband works and he needs to get hold of me when he needs anything. When it is time collect the money the debit orders goes through and you as Telkom dont wait for your money. It is disgusting that I must drive from one place to the other to sort this out. I cannot afford to drive from Lenasia to Southgate as I am a pensioner and DO NOT have the money. This must be sorted sorted out ASAP please. It cannot carry on like this where I must wait for the service and you dont wait for your money.
