PATHETIC SERVICE

I requested a sim swap last Friday 3rd April. I was told that this would be done within 48 hours. On Wednesday 8th April I called again as nothing had been done and was told that within 24 hours this would be fixed. Its now 30 hours later and NOTHING! Half the time when you are online to chat to an agent, you are disconnected, I can phone from another cell phone to their number as you have to be a TELKOM client, and worst of all, this phone is for WORK. Pathetic, I don't know how they do business!!!
