Pathetic Service : Easier to buy a house than a cellphone

App**** for a Huawei P10 Lite phone on the 7th of February ,gave them all the documents on the same day been going there every day and they even phoned me to come and collect it today 13 of February when i got to the City View branch in Durban they telling they is a system error, i will get it tomorrow i told them to cancel the whole thing as i can't afford to come everyday to check the phone that doesn't exit. Wasted my time
