PATHETIC SERVICE

On Saturday I went to Telkom The Grove mall to buy data for my home WiFi. I was told they were no longer selling data but I have to get a statement from them so that I can purchase the data at Pick n Pay. I found this ridiculous. But I was not surprise about the service at this branch because in the past they would often be offline and having some sort of problem. Then on Sunday I went to Telkom Woodlands Mall to check if they will tell me the same story about buying data at Pick n Pay. But there was nothing of this sort because I was able to buy data there. The service at Telkom The Grove is so pathetic. #WIN
