Pathetic service

My router hasn’t been working for almost a month , I went to telkom lakeside mall and was told I need to do a sim swop but they couldn’t assist because I didn’t have my original ID I was told to come back , the technician was very rude anyway. The following day I went back and I was told the system is down I must come back again . Telkom’s service is just pathetic I just want to cancel my contract and move to a better service provider
