Pathetic Service

Went to the Telkom kiosk in Ottery Hypermarket to have a sim swap done.The two gentlemen behind the counter have a company provided phone,that can't even phone out.They had to use their own personal cell phone to call head office.Its now going in for almost 5 hours and my problem has not been resolved yet.They need to lift the suspension on the lost sim,in order to give me a new one.My cell got misplaced two weeks ago.
