Pathetic service

I have been trying to cancel a data contract since March 2021. Exactly 30 days pre the 24 month anniversary to MO avail. The cancelation was never done I keep receiving calls from their marketers as I "qualify" for a renewal. To crown it all Telkom keeps presenting a debit order on my transactional account for random amounts. Calling their business numbers also doesn't help instead they referred me to a branch. I won't recommend anyone to do business with Telkom
