PATHETIC SERVICE & DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

This is not the first time i have complained about Telkom Service. Our telephone line has been out of service for more than 2 weeks. I logged a fault on the 25/09/17 and still the problem has not been fixed nor has anyone contacted me. The most i receive is an occasional sms saying they are aware of the problem, which does not help. In the meanwhile, we end up spending money using our cellphones to make calls. Telkom does not care about this financial burden we have?? the internet is extremely slow and they cannot fix this forever so we spend more on our own data!! But heyy its Telkom they the best right???? Extremely poor customer service and we not getting what we pay for!! Telkom will never credit us either they will always charge in full no decency do they have, ****************!!
