Pathetic service, don't take out a contract

<p>I have a contract with Telkom mobile for the past 8 months. I've changed my baking details, I went to the branch in Greenstone shopping center to get it done. The staff told me it was done, yet the past 4 debit orders have not been going off, they are funds available. I call the pathetic customer care, I don't see why they even employed because I wasted 20 minutes to be helped and at the end of my call I'm still left more confused then ever. I can not wait for my contract to end so I can move over to other service providers. If you want your credit scoring to go down due to unpaid accounts, please take a contract with Telkom. It's such a pitty the staff at the Greenstone branch are very nice people. </p>
