Pathetic service, disgusting!

<p>We have paid every month like clockwork! Now they decided to cancel our Internet!! Just like that, no excuses. We called them 3 times, got put on hold several times and then disconnected. Finally when we spoke to them they first off treated us like *** and then told us they can't do anything. The reason, they have problems with headoffice and they refuse to fix the problem. We have to speak to the data provider. What Bull **** is that? How pathetic are you? Come on no wonder South Africa has such low ratings! </p>
