Pathetic Service
Why am i still charged the full amount while i didn't utilize your service for the past 6 weeks due to Power Outage.i have lodge this dispute with Telkom s internal Complaint department with no feedback. what a pathetic service. *** MPHO RALEKGOKGO .

08 Jun 2021, 08:09Till now i haven't received any call from Big Giant Telkom. A Telecommunication that doesn't communicate with their customer. I have lodge a complaint via their portal and extend to Hello Peter on the 28 May 2021 for been billed without utilizing their service however till date no phone call from the big Giant..i wonder if a CEO was a white person ,what was gone happen with the customer service. We black African want Positions however we don't practice or perform our Job as per expected.
