Pathetic service delivery

Hi Telkom cellphone insurance is the worse, 3 weeks of waiting and constantly emailing and calling, still struggling to get it sorted. Pathetic service and absolutely no feedback, emailed every single department and keep following up but still nothing. 3 weeks without a phone after more than 3 years of paying
