Pathetic service delivery. Come on Telkom

Come on Telkom you a phone line company. I tried for 3 day to get assistance from Telkom customer care servicers. I dialed 081180 I either don't get through at all, but when I do I wait for over 20 mins before I decide to put of my phone off. I tried other divisions or department where I do get through to assist but they cant. How is this helping me as a customer that needs assistance. I tried online self service and nothing is going through. When calling it says at the end of the call please stay online to rate our service, I would love to do that if you only give me any service.
