Pathetic service delivery
This is the worst service EVER. You cannot contact the technical team. Call 081180. The person I spoke to was rude and told me he cannot assist me. Then says he will transfer me to the technical team. Then says, NO, he can’t transfer me I must call 081 186. That number has been discontinued. I’ve tried for 3 weeks to get assistance from Telkom on all the portals you have available online. NOTHING WORKS, what kind of business are you. You cannot go digital when your business cannot support it. Please call me and assist me

I called your call centre, i spoke to Nonhle who tried her best to assist me with my issue.
She was not able to resolve the issue, she then escalated the problem and gave me the above reference number. Today i get a message that my issue has been resolved.
NO! MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
