Pathetic Service Delivery

A lady called me to offer me an exciting special that Telkom was running, which would upgrade my services but cost less per month. That call was in March 2015 I am still waiting for my upgrade, I have been into Telkom at least 4 times in the last 2 months to find out when exactly the new products were going to be delivered. The best they can do for me is log a note on the system, that doesn't mean that anyone is going to look at the issue. It has been a nightmare to try get this issue resolved. <br> <br> I would like someone from Telkom to call me to give me insight on this matter!!!
