Pathetic Service delivery

Hi ,

I have had not issues with Telkom thus far until now. My adsl and telephone has gone down. I have Logged a call on the 14/08/2018 . I have called at least 5 to 6 times after that and have got no assistance. I have had call center agents promise to escalate to technicians but nothing has been done up until now. They kept saying that they just log calls and follow up and they cannot tell me when I technician would come out. I am disgusted with the after sales assistance with Telkom. I asked for there manager and conveniently they are not around when i call. I even asked for alternate numbers so i can escalate but no help. It is really sad that such a big company cannot support users when in need. I would not recommend Telkom to anybody. It is all good until your line stops working. You would get no help at all. I was also told i would be re reimbursed as my adsl is not being used but i Know that wont happen. They cannot even get a technician to me how would i get re reimbursed.
