Pathetic service delivery

I have been without internet connection and landline on the blink for 30 days. Reported on 10 October and,to date, nothing has been done to rectify. No communication received from Telkom. In my opinion they are absolutely pathetic and a disgrace to business in South Africa. They really should be ashamed of themselves
