Pathetic Service Delivery

I have here a list of names: Charlotte, Mkangeli, Innotentia, Robin, Omar, Achim, Innocence, Charlotte, Serelda, Thabiso, Chris, Tsidi, Sildeela, Ricardo, Nomti, Veleria, Mabalo.<br> <br> These are all the people that we have contacted in the past 5 days to try and figure out what is going on with our line installation. We arranged well ahead of time that the line installation be done on the 1st of October 2015, HOWEVER we have had no such luck. We received an sms on the day that someone will be attending to it before the end of the day but the technician never showed up. We are still waiting...<br> <br> We are getting no feedback from the department in charge as the call centre has no way of properly communicating with them other then sending a message stating that the department should phone back the customer when they get a chance. We have not been contacted with regards to this by anyone at all. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received in my life and I am not exaggerating.<br> <br> We will be forced to take legal action at this stage if we do not receive any feedback from them within the next 24 hours in an attempt to actually do something about our problem.
