Pathetic service delivery

A complaint was lodged with Telkom Customer service on the 28 July 2015 as for the wifi network that was not working. The joke is that Telkom say that the problem will be solved within 48 hours. By the end of the month they want there money but still there are no wifi. Every time we phone about the problem Telkom says that they will attend to the problem as soon as possible.
