Pathetic service

I have been trying to cancel my contract since last year December. Went twice into the store for help but they giving me the run around and telling g me to do it online. I have been trying ever since online no help. Went again to the store and they told me they cant help me. I want my co tract to be cancelled. This is a pathetic company that is quick to help you open a contract but cannot help you cancel. How am I going to cancel this contract I should probably die. I need help
