Pathetic Service

Can I just say that your service is pathetic I regret making you my internet provider. I've never come across such appalling service. I've been on web chat trying to get help as my internet's been down for the past 3 days now. I get the same pathetic response all the time. I've been told so many times that your service sucks however I kept convincing myself it's not that bad but was I wrong. And your customer service team is just awful I prefer web chat because your agents are pathetic. Imagine having to listen to an agent and 7 other people in the back ground pathetic I tell you.
