Pathetic service

Terrible service made payment for my arrears on 31-07-2025. Today is the 5th of August but my lines are still suspended. I spoke to a consultant who said they can’t help me after waiting for a long time on hold I was put though to another consultant who told me she was gonna transfer me again. I requested to speak to a manager and was told a manager is working from home. I requested to speak to a manager available on the floor and was refused consultant said she can only put me through to another consultant. This service is pathetic and I don’t even think paying them is worth it.
