Pathetic service

They don't even deserve a 1 for a rating. I cancelled a contract months ago. I have all my emails confirming that the contract was cancelled and no further payments were required only for them to debit my account month's later without notification. Try getting hold of anyone of the people I sent the email to... Impossible... They probably non existent. I post on social media and they remove the post. Someone makes contact with me via messenger but because I refuse to give my ID number on that platform, they blocked me for any further communication. They are quick to blacklist you for accounts that have been paid in full. There is no contact details for anyone for you to contact. When you go to the store where you initially did the transaction to speak to the manager. He's never available. Who knows if there is a manger at all...
