PATHETIC SERVICE

Most PATHETIC service ever received but I am sure this is nothing new in terms of people complaining and I should have followed my gut and the listened to the advise from family and friends not to use telkom ever. The service is extremely terrible. The consultants at the CRESTA store are unhelpful and actually they don't really bother to assist. Its like they there to pass time. I had a billing issue which was never explained to me and now I sit with a situation where I the customer is having issues with no wifi because of *********** service and unprofessionalism from a telkom staff. I cant wait for my contract to end so I can never look back at Telkom. Will never use them ever again ...
