Pathetic service

On the 28 October 2020 I booked my cellphone in for repairs at the Telkom Wonderboom store and a full month later, I still haven't heard anything from them and my phone is still gone. I then took an effort to visit their branch after they dropped the phone on my ear several times. It got even worse, the staff have a very bad attitude and the manager knows nothing about handling of complaints. While I was still in the shop another client came in with a complaint and he was given the same attitude. I wish someone can help me get my phone back and I have surely learned my lesson with Telkom.
