Pathetic service!!!

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! My Debit Order for end Nov did not go off, but it was rectified by a double deduction 22 Dec 2023. Telkom decides to cut my services due to no payment. (This means all 3 my contracts are cancelled but payment was made including my mom's phone). At this exact moment withou any source of communication available, my car breaks down, I am stuck young female at the side of the road, without being able to send a message or call for help. Thanks Telkom for pathetic service and putting my life in danger!!! I will take this further.. this is absolutely ridiculous!
