Pathetic Service!

If I could give no stars I would. Really awful service but thats nothing new I suppose. Been struggling to cancel ADSL on my voice line for 6 months now and then they go and cancel my entire service including the voice line. How am I supposed to operate? Now to re-instate my line it will take about a week and I put no faith in that it'll actually happen. And through all this they keep billing me and debit orders keep going off. Its ****************. Your call centre staff have showed no competency or care in handling these matters. I've been promised call backs from supervisers to no avail. I receive no feedback with regard to my cases. Really pathetic service. No wonder people are moving away from your brand.
