Pathetic service - contact me immediately

Pathetic service from Telkom Mobile and all of its call centre staff.

App**** for a pre-order upgrade 2 weeks ago.. The sim cars was delivered to an incorrect address on Tuesday and I my current sim cars has been deactivated. Literally no other means of contact unless connected to wifi.

Call me IMMEDIATELY and resolve this!
