Pathetic service, consistent Telkom

Telkom continues to provide defective routers and defective service to its clients. We have been to Telkom Greenstone, 6 times over the past 2 months trying to sort out the router we received from Telkom. It stops working every week. Go back to Telkom, they simple put in a new sim and a week later I'm back there. No one at the branch understands what the issue is and they offer no long term solutions. Yet they are moving clients to their choice of packages. What pathetic service, one thing that is consistent with Telkom.
