Pathetic service -Cheque account debited for cancelled contract

Pathetic Service font take out a contract with Telkom you will end up regretting it.My contract expired in November 2020.I called the call center to cancel the contract in November 2020 so that i don't get debited in December 2020.My cheque account was debited i contacted the call center again to ask them to cancel the contract as i did not want month to month the agent confirmed contract cancelled however i just received a statement in Jan 2022 advising my account will be debited with the same amount again.

Telkom please stop *****ing money from my account this is ***** !!!!!!!
