Pathetic service call center hanging up after a 30 hold

PATHETIC service as always, call center hangs up on you very professional, but these people have monopoly and that is why they can get away with this gross breach of contract and pathetic customer service. 4 months and all you get is the technition is comming i have had isseus for a very long time with these people but just endured as any good citizen would do because we have no choice but TEl*** oops i mean telkom. but now i am at my whits end they are very very fast to take your money but when it comes to delivering what you pay for the fall WAY short.

Dear TELKOM please wake the f up and provide the service you promise please remember it is us the public who make it possible for you to exist. i have paid you every month diligently without fail and have not had 1 day of uninterrupted service nor the speeds i pay for please get your act together and do your jobs

ps. you dont even give reference numbers anymore did you run out of numbers?
