PATHETIC SERVICE

Went into store to have 2 contracts cancelled, sales lady absolutely rude and arrogant. Stated contracts cannot be cancelled in-store, advised to go home and call the call centre for assistance, handed me a s**** piece of paper with instructions to follow when I called which were incorrect. To date 1 of these contracts are over 18 months on a month to month service as I'm not able to cancel it. Went to this store twice no 1 was able to assist me, the behavior of the female staff is just apauling, they just look at you like, roll their eyes as though they know you on a personal level, small girls, can't even do the tasks assigned to them, think they need to go over their job description, or be sent for customer care training to interact with people.
