Pathetic service

I have been trying to change the IP address from one that is dynamic to a static one. I have called essentially called all customer care lines that Telkom has to offer as each department refers me to another as nobody knows what to do. I have been on the phone for the past 3 and a half hours. I then logged onto their forum to speak to an agent who immediately disconnected after stating what my problem was. Their service is disgusting and it's an absolute surprise to me as to how they're one of the top internet service providers. Completely *********** staff with no sense of customer service. I will definitely not be renewing any of my contracts with them.
