Pathetic service

I recently tried to apply for a data package for the value of R129 at telkom the Glen only to be declined because they say I'm still under debt review despite sending the consultant all my credentials including my clearance letter because indeed I was on debt review but I settled all debts last year via ARS credit solution and have a clearance letter which I received last year September 2021. I do have a contract with mtn for my cellphone and now I just wanted a sim only deal and telkom has a good deal but it seems like their customer service is not up to standard. And I did contact ARS they asked me to ask telkom which credit bureau says I'm still on debt review the consultant at the telkom the Glen can't tell, I asked them to send me email so I can put them in contact with my debt consultant, andnoresponseIalsoaskedforthemanagersemailandnoresponse. That's really poor service from a company so big, I don't know if it's a ****** thing or what but I'm really disappointed (for R129!)
