Pathetic service

Telkom contacted by elderly parents and said they were migrating all residents to satilite phones They migrated the service before delivering the new instrament. They are now without a phone and nobody can get hold of them and they are cut off from the outside world. This is very dangerous as my mother is 79 and my dad 83. My dad had parkinsons. I called on Tuesday the 8th and was told someone would call within the next 24 hours it is now 6 days later without a call from them. I am very disappointed with the service received. My parents have been loyal Telkom customers for many years.
