Pathetic service

And they manage to disappoint again! Ordered my Samsung S22 Ultra, my application was approved, consultant phoned me and confirmed everything. He advised that I should receive my order in the next 10-14 days. After 8 days I phoned them to make sure all is in order as I haven't heard or received any further communication. The consultant just advised that my application has been cancelled due to no stock. No apologies, no communication, no alternatives. They didn't even try to assist. Absolutely pathetic.
