Pathetic service by Telkom

<p>Very poor service in store. Every time I visit the store for a cellphone or landline related issue, there is a long queue and today I waited over an hour in the queue and still counting. Assistants in the store says only one person is available to attend to all landline related issues....everyone else is gone for training today. Very poor planning by telkom and the store manager. Terrible service. </p>
