Pathetic service by Siphelele

<div>Absolutely pathetic service from your online chat agent Siphelele and Telkom in general. My partner has been trying to apply for a new contract and everytime someone calls him they hang up or if he misses the call they NEVER call again. We then have to go back on the website to put in a request. When explaining this to Siphelele all they do is tell me they cannot assist as they are in a different department and tell me there is no other way to contact the sales department other than to call the number we have been calling. No desire to try and assist the client and when I told them I will be coming to Hello Peter they ended the chat. Disgusted!</div>
