Pathetic Service -****** *********** agents

Taking out a contract at Telkom must be the worst decision I have ever made! I have experienced the most unpleasant service repeatedly from them, the agents are worse, a whole bunch of *********** people. You never receive your bill on time, when you request it, it still takes donkey years to arrive. The app is useless!!! MTN app is ten times better!!! It almost feels like they say anything to get you out of the way, inconsistent!!!! I don’t know how many times I was told my case will be resolved in 5 hours by a team leader, When I followed up, (about 5times after that) team leader is nowhere to be found, what do you call that ??? At this rate all I want is to cancel it from this bull**** I’m experiencing
