Pathetic Service

My Telkom was suspended, I contacted them and according to them there is an amount of R1400 outstanding, but I paid every invoice according to the statement, I have spoken to 5 agents and no one can tell me which month are outstanding, every one tells another story and just say they can't tell me only what is outstanding, surely if an amount is outstanding they suppose to know which month, which nobody can tell me
