Pathetic service

I swear Telkom is the worst service provider. I've had a prepaid sim card with the for the longest time. I decided to buy a phone on contract and requested that they change my number from prepaid to Telkom. I've been sent from pillar to post by the Mall of Africa staff as well as the Telkom call centre. Zero sense of urgency and efficiency. Its been 5 days since I can't make and receive calls because they terminated my number . You'd swear I'm not a paying customer
