Pathetic service

Im am so disappointed with Telkom after using them for so long, I recently purchased a new device that was coming out with R800 voucher for dress your tech, I've been sent from pilar to post. You get different answers everytime you call. Its like people dont know what they doing, I need answer. I should have just went to the store and leave this online order. Pathetic service in its best If I could give them a 0 star I would.
