Pathetic Service

Telkom has got to be the worst telecommunications. Their call centre is even worse with the most robotic staff with no emotions. They charge you additional fees with no reason, they then cancel your debit with no reason, then advise you not to pay because the debit might still go off, then suspend your line, then give you wrong banking details and tell you it’s not their problem. There is no supervisor or team leader you can liaise with. The most putrid customer service ever l!!
