PATHETIC SERVICE AT TELKOM WATEGATE MALL

I want to lodge a complaint against telkom watergate mall for the poor customer experience received. I did a sim swop and it is more than 24 hours and still it is not active. They keep saying it is a system error?? why should the customer wait for a system error that was not the customer fault and now I have to wait and cannot use my cell number which i need to work... They do not answer any calls at the store. I had to drive 3 times back because they cannot answer me. The service is pathetic. Where is TCF. all they do there is relax and chat to another. They cannot do there job properly and i have to waste my petrol to drive back and forth for answers. CAN someone call me urgently and have this matter resolved
